HC Daddy – Return & Refund Policy

At HC Daddy, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The request is made within 7–14 days of receiving your order (you may choose the exact window)

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened vape liquids, used devices, coils, and disposables cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used vape devices

  • Opened e-liquids

  • Disposable vapes

  • Coils and pods that have been used

  • Sale or clearance items (optional – remove if you want to accept returns)

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error on our end.

4. Exchanges

You may request an exchange if the item is defective or incorrect.
We will replace the item at no extra cost, or offer store credit if the product is out of stock.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or not working:

  1. Contact us immediately

  2. Provide a photo or video showing the issue

  3. Include your order number and full name

We’ll resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order ships, it cannot be canceled.

7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item/damaged product), we cover return shipping.

  • If the return is due to a customer change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
